Description

Our Molasses is unsulphured, which is lighter and has a cleaner sugar-cane flavor. It comes from the first boiling of the sugar syrup, and is lighter in both flavor and color than the darker Blackstrap Molasses. Used in baking and as a pancake and waffle syrup.
